Instructions for Online Admission

• Please be careful in filling up the required information in all aspects. Field marked with * are mandatory fields
• Read the points given under the head "Prepare before you Apply"
• Read the "Procedure for Online Admission"
• Click for the size of the document, Photo and specimen signature - to upload.
• All the course are conducted in Semester Pattern.
• Exam Fees to be paid at the time of examination seperatly.
• Exams for Academic batch likely in the month of MAY and for Calendar batch likely in the month of DECEMBER
• You can choose the exam centre at the time of Exam(Exam Section: 0422 2428189, 190, 191)
• Please ensure that, the applicant is eligible for the course that wish to apply
• Select the course from the available list, Fill eligibility columns and preliminary data
• Actual Mobile number, email-id of applicant are essential
• OTP and processing-id SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number
• Enter actual communication address and upload documents, photo and signature of the applicant
• If permanent address is the same, click the check box - both are same - don’t type again
• You can take breaks between steps
• To continue to the next step after a break, Login with the processing-id or mobile number
• Password is Certificate date of birth in the Format "DDMMYYYY" (For Example if DoB is July 20, 1981 the Password is 20071981)
• Submit and Pay Application Fee Rs.150 through online. Submitted application will be verified by SDE within 1-3 working days approximately. The application status will be available online
• If any defects found in the application, it will be notified in the application status with reason. Login and correct the defects and re-submit the application
• After successful verification, SMS with Course fee details will be sent to the registered mobile number
• Then login again and pay the course fees online (Net banking/Debit(ATM)/Credit card/UPI/GPay/Paytm etc. - Bank charges applicable. Net banking charge is much cheaper than card)
• After successful fee payment, the admission will be confirmed provisionally
• Provisional admission confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number
• Login and download/print your Admission cum ID card. Then the admission will be activated automatically
• Cut the ID card along with dotted line, fold and laminate it
• Study material (Books) will be sent to the given communication address within a month (First Year Book Section: 0422-2428215)
• Since the online system is automated, If the admission cum ID card not downloaded, the admission will not be activated and the study material also will not be sent
• Admission/Classes/Exams will be done as per UGC Regulations/University norms & Indian Judiciary
• PCP classes will be held in Coimbatore based on the student strength. For more details : 0422 2428204, 206, 2427752
• Exam will be conducted twice a year in the Month of May for Academic Year Batch / December for Calendar Year Batch.
• Exam Centres may be available in more places other than Coimbatore and Exam Centres will be decided by the University during the examination process.

• Read the Eligibility criteria carefully before apply
• If any unlawful certificates/activities found in the admission process in a later stage by the university, the admission will be cancelled and legal action will be taken
• Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances but under specific conditions
• Bharathiar University reserves the right to conduct/withdraw any admission/class/course/Exam at any time due to insufficient strength/administrative/legal reasons.
