- Please read the Instructions for Online admission thoroughly and ensure that, whether you (the applicant) are eligible (qualifying exam you passed) for the course which you apply.
- Candidates who wish to enroll in an Online Learning programme (OL) or an Open and Distance Learning program (ODL), a student must create a DEB Unique ID, which is a unique identifier of the ODL / OL Candiate. The purpose of the DEB Unique ID is to ensure that students gain admission to UGC-DEB recognized universities offering ODL and OL programs. This process helps students identify recognized universities and approved programs. The DEB Unique ID remains valid throughout the student's ODL/OL learning journey. To create a DEB ID, an ABC ID is required. A video tutorial on creating an ABC ID is available on our web portal. When creating the ABC ID, ensure that the information in your SSLC certificate matches the data in your Aadhaar. If there are any discrepancies, it is recommended to update your Aadhaar data to match your SSLC certificate as soon as possible.
- Scan the Original certificates clearly as PDF file (each file size : 1mb maximum). PDF file may also be created using smart phone/camera.
- Scan Aadhaar, SSLC mark sheet and HSC mark sheet to apply For U.G.
- Scan Aadhaar, SSLC mark sheet, HSC mark sheet and U.G. Degree/Provisional Certificate to apply for P.G. If the applicant has more than one attempt & passed later (e.g. failed in SSLC first attempt and passed in the next attempt) scan all mark sheets of SSLC as a single PDF file.
- Scan/Capture the image of applicant’s recent passport size
Photo as JPG file within the size of 20 – 50 KB (image file can also be created using smart phone/camera).
- Scan/Capture the image of the applicant’s
Signature as JPG file within the
size of 15 – 25 KB (image file can also be created using smart phone / camera).
- The Course Fee should be paid within a week else the application will be rejected atutomatically without any intimation.
