Instructions for Online Admission

  • Please be careful in filling up the required information in all aspects. Field marked with * are mandatory fields.
  • Register with your preliminary data
  • OTP and SMS will be sent to the registering mobile no.
  • After successful registration, you will receive SMS of processing number and application number.
  • You can take breaks between steps.
  • To continue to the next step after a break enter your processing number or mobile number or application number as Login ID.
  • Password is your official date of birth in the Format "DDMMYYYY" (For Example if DOB is July 20, 1981 the Password is 20071981)
  • Enter your communication address.
  • If permanent address is the same, click the check box for both are same - don’t type again
  • Enter data as per your SSLC, HSC and Degree/Provisional Certificate
  • After Successful submission – Your application will be verified by SDE within 2-3 working days approximately. Know your application status online. After successful verification, SMS will be sent to your registered mobile no.
  • Then you have to pay fees online (Net banking/Debit/Credit card - Bank charges applicable. Net banking charge is much cheaper than card).
  • After successful fee payment you admission will be activated automatically.
  • Then you can download/print your Admission cum ID card.
  • Cut the ID card along with dotted line, fold and laminate it.
  • Course material will be sent to the given communication address.
  • Admission/Classes/Exams will be done as per UGC Regulations/University norms & Indian Judiciary.
  • PCP classes will be held in Coimbatore/Authorised Learner Support Centres in Tamil Nadu based on the student strength.
  • Exam Centres will be decided during examination process based on the student strength.
  • Read the Eligibility criteria carefully before apply.
  • If any unlawful certificates/activities found in the admission process in a later stage by the university, the admission will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
  • Fees once paid cannot be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances but under specific conditions.
  • Bharathiar University reserves the right to conduct/withdraw any admission/class/course/Exam at any time due to insufficient strength/administrative/legal reasons.
